National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries of Sri Lanka

The land of Sri Lanka offers a large range of creatures which is unexpected for a region of its size in the tropics. From historical days the monsters and the Sri Lankan histories, this country has been rewarded among all other countries in the world. But apart from these well known cases of the wildlife, a trip to the Sri Lankan is to get into a whole new community where characteristics have mostly kept still. Sanctuaries are listed below:

Animal Sanctuaries
The creatures are to be seen in Sri Lanka's animal sanctuary. It is nested with hippo, leopard, sloth have, sambhur, deer and apes, outrageous zoysia, outrageous boar (pig), porcupine, ant-eater, civet cat, jackal, mongoose, loris several versions of lizards, squirrels, animals and amphibians. Each store however has its own specialties.

Yala (Ruhuna) Country large Park
Situated 309 km. southeast of Colombo, it lies in the southeast eastern part of the region. Its south limitations boundary on the Lahugala Elephant Haven and it has the included advantage of a beautiful beach frontage. The landscape is assorted smooth flatlands switching with difficult outcrops. The crops vary from start parkland to packed marketplace. Water gaps, small ponds, lagoons and channels offer water for the creatures. The special here is the thousands of monsters.

Wilpattu Country large Park
Situated 176 km. south of Colombo, it has a packed which makes it a more interesting store where creatures have to be followed. There are several wonderful little ponds - known as villus - and the leopard and sloth have are the special rather than monsters.

Gal Oya Country Park
Situated at Inginiyagala, the Gal Oya Country large Park is 314 km. from Colombo and is most well-known for its hippo inhabitants.

Uda Walawe Country Park
Situated 170 km. lower region Lower of Colombo the Uda Walawe Country large Park is just about 30,821 hectares. This Park consists of grasslands and thorn clothing and many useful types of plants are discovered within it. Big herds of Elephants and Deer types such as identified Deer, Sambhur, Shouting deer and Langur, Untamed Boar, Water Buffalo, Jackal are some of the popular creatures discovered in this Park and a large range of fauna is seen.

Maduru Oya Country Park
The Maduru Oya Country large Park is in the Dry Location and is 300 km. away from Colombo and 58,849 hectares in level. A large range of creatures such as some native to the region creature’s types and animals are discovered here. Maduru Oya is full of historical sites discovered in different locations and its southeast components offer veddhas, ancient people their living atmosphere. Endemic pink horse is among the important pet types that can be seen moreover to Sambhur, an associate of the cat family etc. This large park hosts a wide range of exotic animals, birds and species.

National Zoological Gardens
Situated 11 km. from the Ft, the Zoo has a good selection of creatures, animals and seafood from all over the community. The container is the only one of its kind in Japan featuring over 500 versions of marine life.
It will have a proper idea to intercept
